The free Direct Wonen app enables all users that have an account on directwonen.nl to enjoy the most important functionality of the website, on their smartphone. With the app you can see new houses, search through all listings and send landlords of offered houses a direct message. Of course you can also see the replies of the landlords to your direct message and make it easy for yourself to find a house.

• Search by location (Map and current GPS location).
• See all available houses.
• Save your favorites.
• Direct Message the Landlord (for free) if you are interested.
• Full messaging system.
• Synchronized profile between web and app.
• The app detects your phone language and bases the app language (Dutch / English) on that language.

This app also have three "In App Purchases" which are as follows:
1) 1 Week - 4.99 €
2) 1 Month - 14.99 €
3) 3 Months - 29.99 €

About "In App Purchase":
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of subscription period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Current subscription will not be cancelled during the active period of the subscription; however, you can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes account settings after purchase.

3 days earlier access to the latest housing offer
Personalize your account and stand out from the landlord.

2. It Requires that users agree to terms (EULA) and these terms must make it clear that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

3. We have a system build in our database (back office) so that customers can report content or abuse. We check these notifications manually and delete this if necessary within 24 hours. The user should write us his/her concern to: [email protected]
4. We have a system in place to filter/block/remove any objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content. In case a user wants to report any such incident, the user can write to us: [email protected]
